So i had to drop out of school due to lack of money. I was 3,000 short for half a year, i couldn't even tell you if i were going right now how'd i'd afford the second half. So i'm starting over, i've been filling out grants and scholarships like crazy. I've been writing tons of essays and getting tons of recommendations. Hopefully with enough time to get some money next fall i'll be able to attend. *fingers crossed* "PLZ PLZ PLZ OH GOD PLZ" lol. I'm do it, i know i can and i will. I'm sick of not having anything to do. So i found out from a friend that when you fill out the FAFSA they give you an estimated EFC amount. That's the amount they expect you to pay for school. mine was 18 grand something. They fucking think i can afford that! the only reason it's so high is because i have to put my dad's income on the FAFSA. He doesn't even get all that money b/c of the bankruptcy! it's BULLSHIT! I can't be considered an independent b/c i'm not old enough. Even if i moved out i'd still have to put him on it, not like i can even move out, can't afford that either! I'm so FUCKING SICK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD ANYTHING!!! All my friends are out and going to school and i'm stuck working, working and guess what MORE FUCKING WORKING! Guess i'ma go work on some more grants n scholarships! LATER
